It's so hard to know what is...Great reflection. It's so hard to know what is tripping them up on testing. I can tell from reading your blog that you are a wonderful teacher and it's sad that just documenting (similar to what you've done on your blog) isn't enough to "prove" that you are a great teacher and your students must be learning... but you are right, high stakes testing is here to stay so it's probably the right thing to make sure your kids are prepared for it.
